Bottle Gift Box P020. Parametric design: set the size and material thickness, then download a cutting file made for you (laser machine, co2 or diode).
A wooden gift box for a bottle, with a lid that makes the opening part of the present. The lid is split into two halves. They swing open sideways like butterfly wings on slanted wooden knuckle hinges, and small magnets hold them shut. Inner ribs keep the bottle upright and secure.
Everything is parametric. Enter the inner width, depth and height of your bottle, plus the lid height at the front and at the back. All finger joints, hinges and slots are recalculated automatically.
Lid decor options:
- Plain – a clean lid, ready for your own engraving, paint or stain.
- Flowers – a delicate floral vine pattern engraved on every outer lid panel. A thin border follows the outline of each part, tabs included. The pattern size is adjustable.
- Lattice – a cut-out lattice of random crossing lines inside a solid frame. You can change the line spacing and bar width, or generate a new random variant with one click.

- Works with any material from 3 mm to 6.35 mm (3, 3.175, 3.6, 3.8, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 6.35 mm). Every joint is sized exactly for the thickness you choose.
- Adjustable bottle size, lid shape, number of inner ribs (0–8) and rib cut-out (rectangular or round to fit the bottle diameter).
- Magnet holes in the lid halves for magnets 2–6 mm.
- Live 3D preview with an opening lid, so you see the box before cutting.
- Download a ready-to-cut SVG laser file (cut + engrave layers), compatible with LightBurn, RDWorks, CorelDRAW and other laser software.
