A classic three-panel DM screen. The central panel fits A4 or Letter paper, the two side panels fit A5 or Half Letter.
The side panels fold over the central one like doors and close with two magnetic locks facing opposite ways, so the doors stay shut. Each panel has a slot at the top for extra cards. Paper sheets are held with 21 round magnets, the locks use 4 more, and the backing is 1 mm felt (other materials work too).
The panels are joined with wooden knuckle hinges. Open, the screen stands flat on the table; closed, it becomes a box that is easy to store and carry.
Every panel has an inner grid of stiffening ribs, so the screen stays flat and rigid even in 3 mm plywood. The screen has 168 parts glued into one solid piece. All graphics are hand-drawn and easy to change: add your own text, logo or images.
Largest part: 369 × 254 mm (14.53 × 10.00"). If your laser bed is smaller, this project will not fit. Step-by-step assembly instructions are included.
