Book box 00221. Digital files for manufacturing products on a CNC LASER machine (Co2 or diode laser).

This is a large book, the internal size is A4 (office paper format). It is very easy to assemble – this is one of the simplest books I have drawn. At the same time, it is very durable due to the multi-layer cover and stiffening ribs in the spine of the book. From third-party materials, you will only need 2 magnets – this is optional. You can put your own text on the spine of the book. You can also make an engraving on the inside of the cover, for example, add some description or a map … The interior is rectangular and flat, there is one protrusion – a magnetic lock.

For production, a working field of at least 400 by 300 mm is required. The book takes up 4 sheets of 500 by 300 mm, the fourth sheet is used at 15%.

For a magnetic lock, you need 2 magnets with a diameter of 3mm/0.12″. The thickness of the magnet must not exceed the thickness of the material. The diameter of the magnets can be corrected in any vector editor (for example, free Inkscape).
