Book box 00249. Digital files for laser cutting (CO2 or diode laser).

This large book-shaped box is designed to serve as a wedding card box, where guests can drop envelopes with money or wishes for the newlyweds. It can also be used as a memory box, photo storage, gift presentation, or document organizer. The internal dimensions are 300x212x100mm (11.8×8.3×3.9 inches), offering plenty of space for cards, letters, or keepsakes. The box opens 180 degrees into two equal halves.

The top panel features a slot for envelopes. The archive includes two versions:

• One with engraved wood grain texture, for a rustic and natural look.
• One without engraving, for minimal or personalized designs.

The interior is flat, with no protruding elements, making it easy to store items of various sizes. Assembly is straightforward with a small amount of glue.
I used a metal lock from a local craft store, but almost any will do, as there is plenty of room and space to attach it.
