Box 00269. Digital files for manufacturing products on a laser machine (CO2 or diode laser).

A small box with a sturdy construction. The interior is smooth and free of protrusions. The front and back walls are double-layered—the second layer hides the joints and prevents warping. The clasp has small parts that can be difficult to insert, but once assembled, everything is fine. I gave it to my 4-year-old daughter to test, and the box survived three days of extreme testing =) I needed to make sure the heart-shaped clasp wouldn’t fall off.

Painting is fairly simple.

1. Paint a sheet of plywood with black acrylic paint.
2. Quickly sand to remove lint.
3. Engrave and cut.
4. Paint the engraved parts with black acrylic paint.
5. Sand, sanding harder where needed to lighten.
6. Paint the rosewood with glaze.
7. Sand again.
8. Assemble. Add a little more finishing sandpaper and a light layer of rosewood with a sponge.

For a magnetic lock, you need 2 magnets with a diameter of 3mm/0.12″. The thickness of the magnet must not exceed the thickness of the material. The diameter of the magnets can be corrected in any vector editor (for example, free Inkscape).
